When it comes to protecting your mouth, you need a gum shield that gives you a perfect fit — one with no space for any blow to cause serious injury. The RDX 3W Gel Mouthguard moulds exactly to the shape of your teeth using boil-and-bite construction. Shell-Shock gel technology absorbs impacts efficiently, while Molar Tech provides an extra layer of protection to your back teeth. Approved by WAKO and FDA. Available in adult and junior sizing across multiple colourways.

  • BPA/Latex-free dual-layered material reduces irritation risk
  • Boil-and-bite construction for a precise, custom-moulded fit
  • Shell-Shock gel and shock-fort design absorbs heavy blow impacts
  • Molar Tech gel layer for dedicated back-tooth protection
  • Integrated airflow channels for breathability during training
  • Ventilated carrying case included for hygienic transport
  • Approved by WAKO, FDA, and ADD PHA certified

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I mould the RDX 3W mouthguard to my teeth?

Boil water, submerge the guard for the time specified in the instructions (typically 30–45 seconds), remove it and let it cool briefly, then bite down firmly and hold for 30 seconds. The softened material will set to the exact shape of your teeth. If the fit is not right, you can re-mould by repeating the process.

Is this mouthguard approved for competition?

Yes — the RDX 3W is approved by WAKO (World Association of Kickboxing Organizations) and FDA certified. It is ADD PHA certified as well. Check with your specific sanctioning body to confirm current approval status before competing.

What is the difference between the adult and junior sizes?

The junior size is smaller overall to fit the narrower jaw and smaller dental arch of younger athletes. If your child is between sizes or has adult-sized teeth, start with the adult and test the fit after moulding. Both versions use the same Shell-Shock and Molar Tech technology.

Can I wear this with braces?

The RDX 3W is not specifically designed for braces. Athletes with fixed orthodontic appliances should consult their orthodontist about a compatible mouthguard. A custom-made guard from your orthodontist is typically the safest option for protecting both braces and teeth during contact sports.
