Sparring safely requires gear matched to your sport. For karate kumite: WKF-style foam head guards, open-palm sparring mitts, foot protectors, and shin guards — available individually or as complete reversible red/blue competition sets. For taekwondo: WT-style chest guards (hogu), head guards with cheek coverage, foot protectors with non-slip grip, and arm guards. For MMA and kickboxing: RDX APEX head guards with cheek protectors, shin instep guards, and groin protection for multi-style sparring rounds.

Most schools require complete sparring sets before allowing contact training. A full set typically runs $80–$150. Starting with a head guard, chest guard, and mouthguard covers the most critical protection; add shin guards and hand protectors as your sparring intensity increases. Free shipping on all orders.
