Frequently Asked Questions
- Are the T3 Neon gloves the same as the regular T3 besides the colour?
Yes — the T3 Neon features identical core technology to the flagship T3: Dual-X interlocking straps, 4x Fusion Splinting™, multi-layered Deltra-EG™ foam, Vylar® exterior, and AG™ lining. The neon colourways are the only difference. Same protection, same wrist support, same construction — just louder on the outside.
- What weight should I choose?
For bag and pad work, choose 10–14oz depending on body weight and training intensity. For sparring, choose 14–16oz to protect both yourself and your partner. 14oz is the most versatile weight for most adult fighters. The T3 Neon is available in 10, 12, 14, and 16oz.
- Can I use the T3 Neon for sparring?
Yes — in 14oz or 16oz the T3 Neon provides appropriate protection for boxing and Muay Thai sparring. The Dual-X closure and splinting system give the wrist alignment needed for safe contact work with a training partner.
- How do I keep Vylar® leather gloves in good condition?
After each session, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and allow the gloves to air dry fully before storing — never store them closed while wet or in a sealed bag. Use a deodorizer or cedar insert between sessions. Avoid leaving gloves in direct sunlight or hot car interiors, which can degrade the Vylar® material over time.
