Return Policy
Manufacturer Defects:
For item(s) purchased from the martialimports.com website that have manufacturer defects (e.g torn, mismatch, bad quality, etc), the customer must fill out our Product Return Form. Returns will only be accepted before 30 days. If the return form is recieved before the 30 days we will refunded the amount paid for that item(s)or exchange all defected items. Exchanges must be of equal price as the original price of the returned item. After the Product Return Form has been received and confirmed we will send the customer a shipping label via email, free of charge to the customer. In the form, the customer must explain the reason for returning the item. Failure to explain the reason for the return may result in a return getting denied.

Incorrect item recieved:
If the item that the customer recieves is not the item that the customer ordered, and it has been less than 30 days from the purchase date, the customer can return the item for a full refund or the customer can ask for an exchange. Exchanges must be of equal price as the original price of the returned item. In both cases the customer will be responsible for shipping back the incorrect item. We will provide the shipping labels, free of charge, for both cases once the customer has submitted the Product Return Form. In the form please explain your reason for returning and mention that you recieved the incorrect item. Failure to explain the reason for the return may result in a return getting denied.
Customer Error:
If the customer made a mistake when ordering an item from our website, the customer is responsible for shipping and paying all expenses associated with the return. The customer can ask for a return or an exchange. Customer must fill out the Product Return Form and mention that the exchange is because of a customer error. Failure to explain the reason for the return may result in a return getting denied. Exchanges must be of equal price as the original price of the returned item. It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS Ground. Send your package insured and postage paid. Please call or email us if you have any questions regarding returns.
